A huge thank you to our PTA for the delicious Rosa’s Cafe nacho bar today. This entire week has been a whirlwind of kindness, and we are so grateful for the constant support. We truly have the best community behind us here at COE!

Thank you to our COE PTA for providing the Hydration Bar for our staff for Staff Appreciation Week!!!

From initial sketches to final products, these students have been working hard to get ready for the COE Economic Fair. They didn't just learn about the economy; they jumped right in by:
Inventing unique products from scratch.
Designing eye-catching advertisements.
Calculating costs and making tough business decisions.
Our 3rd Grade Cheetahs also learned through their IB Unit of Inquiry that every economic decision affects our communities. Way to go Cheetahs!

We’re continuing Teacher Appreciation Week by celebrating the MVPs who are always covering the bases for our students! Thank you to our incredible staff for hitting it out of the park every single day. We’re your #1 fans!

We are kicking off Staff Appreciation week here at COE!

Our 4th Grade Cheetahs showcased their research on how survival needs led to incredible innovations across different periods of Texas History. It was amazing to see them explain their learning to families and peers. Great job, Cheetahs!

Happy Principal Appreciation Day to the heart of our campus, Mrs. Randels! Whether she’s dreaming up ways to make school more fun or leading us with a friendly smile, we are so lucky to have her at the helm. Thank you for your vision, your kindness, and for being such an incredible leader for our Cheetahs!

Yesterday we celebrated the retirement our beloved librarian, Dayna Collings, and our amazing Spanish teacher, Carol Imperial. Thank you for the decades of stories, the gift of language, and for fostering the love of learning for our Cheetahs! We wish these ladies the best of luck in their retirement!
Once a Cheetah, Always a Cheetah.

Today, our 2nd Grade Cheetahs took center stage for a powerful celebration of Change Makers!
Our young learners have been diving deep into how simple curiosity can spark massive transformation within a community. By investigating leaders, activists, and innovators, these students didn't just learn history—they built essential IB Transdisciplinary Skills:
Research: Navigating information to uncover the "why" behind the change. Communication: Presenting their findings with clarity and passion.
We are so proud of these Knowledgeable and Confident Communicators. Seeing them stand tall and share their expertise was truly inspiring. The future looks bright with these change makers leading the way!
Way to go, Cheetahs!

Behind every great school are leaders who work tirelessly to support our students, teachers, and families. This week, we are celebrating Mrs. Klaverweiden, our incredible Assistant Principal at Chandler Oaks Elementary!
From the morning high-fives to the behind-the-scenes magic that keeps our halls running smoothly, Mrs. Klaverweiden does it all with grace and a smile. We are so lucky to have you in the Cheetah family!

These amazing Pre-K Cheetahs have reached their 100 Book Challenge milestone! They’ve read 100 books since the start of the school year, and we couldn't be prouder of their achievement.
Way to go, Cheetahs! Keep up the fantastic work!

Our team took home 2nd Place, showing off some serious knowledge by answering 29 out of 30 questions correctly. Their hard work and dedication to reading really paid off!
Please join us in celebrating their incredible success! We are so proud of our Cheetahs!

🌟 How it Works:
Our Cheetahs are constantly spotted being Principled, Inquirers, Risk-Takers, Communicators, and more. When a staff member sees a student living out the IB Learner Profile, they earn an "I See IB" ticket.
Each month, we draw two names per grade level from those tickets to step up to the line.
Ali didn’t just show his IB attributes in the classroom—he showed incredible focus and bravery on the big court!
